Shipping

We typically ship within the USA via Fedex Ground/Home delivery or USPS Priority Mail.  However, we reserve the right to ship by other means at our digression.  

The Boos Block cutting boards ship via FedEx Ground/Home and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.  We must have a physical address to ship them.  The recipient's phone number is needed for the FedEx form to aid in delivery.

FedEx Ground/Home and USPS Priority Mail state that they take 1-3 business days depending on distance and other factors.  They have been very reliable but they do not guarantee this.  We cannot be held responsible if the carrier takes longer than expected. Please plan your order accordingly.   

We do not request a signature at time of delivery.  On large orders, we may require a signature at our digression.

Change of Address:  Please make sure that you have the correct address at the time of purchase. While we provide a means for you to request a change of address by contacting us here, we cannot we cannot guarantee the change. Change requests can get missed and they often come after the product has shipped.  Therefore, we make no guarantee of delivery outside of the shipping address on the invoice.

Missing or Incorrect Address: Many times FedEx or USPS will say that an address is not in their system.  If this occurs, we try to contact the buyer to work this out.  If an item gets returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address on the part of the customer, the customer will incur the additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. This will be the same shipping fee that was charged initially plus and return shipping charges.

Damage in Shipment: Please let us know immediately of any shipping damage and include photos of the item and the box.  We will have FedEx retrieve the item and we will send a replacement.  Claims for damage must be sent within one week of receipt.  
 

Our production time for personalized product can take up to three weeks depending on backlog.  We work diligently to ship product as quickly as possible, but we make no guarantees about turnaround time.  Please plan accordingly.


We want your buying experience to be pleasant and for the items to arrive just as expected.  We have had a very good track record with our carriers.  Following these few requests help the shipping process.
